From Michelin Star to Bankruptcy: 'I Was Ashamed to Death'
Chef Jermain de Rozario, who previously owned a Michelin-starred restaurant in Helmond that went bankrupt, is starting anew as an employee at By Jermain in Eindhoven. After nine months of cooking for events, he joined Eye-Events, which selected him for the historic Villa Ravensdonck location despite his past failure.
