New MBO Swimming Instructor Program Aims to Address Amsterdam Pool Staff Shortages
The ROC van Amsterdam-Flevoland is launching a new MBO program to train swimming instructors, allowing students to work paid positions at local pools while studying. Starting in January, up to twenty students aged 18 or older will attend classes and work at participating facilities to help alleviate staffing shortages in Amsterdam's swimming sector.
