A59 Roadworks: Highway Closed Until Monday and for Coming Weekends
The A59 highway from Zonzeel interchange towards Den Bosch is closed between Hooipolder and Empel interchanges until 5:00 AM on Monday due to roadworks. Traffic is being diverted via the A15, A27, A58, and N65, with drivers advised to allow an extra half-hour for travel time. Maintenance work on asphalt, viaducts, guardrails, and joint transitions will continue over the next two weekends in this direction. In the third weekend, similar repairs will take place in the opposite direction between Empel interchange and the Den Bosch-Maaspoort exit.
