Organization Behind Bankers' Disciplinary Code is Shutting Down
The Foundation for Banking Discipline (STB) will cease operations on October 1, 2027, due to dissatisfaction with its collaboration with banks. The STB argues that banks have marginalized the disciplinary system by only reporting minor cases, while the Dutch Association of Banks (NVB) claims it can now enforce rules independently.
