Bartina Koeman to be remembered with a minute of silence before Netherlands-Germany match
Bartina Koeman, wife of former national team coach Ronald Koeman, will be honored with a minute of silence before the Netherlands vs. Germany match on Thursday. She died at age 65 last week after battling breast cancer, first diagnosed in 2010 and recurring in 2018. The KNVB stated it is appropriate to remember her and support the family, noting she stood by Ronald throughout his career. An earlier tribute occurred during an AZ vs. Telstar match.
