'Familieman' Marcel Shot Dead with Family on Amsterdam Terrace
Marcel, a 61-year-old department head at the Zaanstad Justice Complex, was shot dead in broad daylight while sitting on a terrace in Amsterdam-Noord with his wife and daughter.
