Public Prosecution Service Appeals Decision to Disclose Names of Doctors in Euthanasia Letter to Milou's Parents
The Public Prosecution Service (OM) is appealing a court ruling that ordered the disclosure of names of fourteen doctors who supported a letter regarding euthanasia for vulnerable patients. The parents of seventeen-year-old Milou Verhoof requested the names to summon the doctors before the disciplinary tribunal, claiming they were wrongly accused of influencing their daughter’s choice.
