Emre (19) Killed Expectant Father, Justice Demands 1.5 Years in Prison
Prosecutors have demanded 1.5 years in prison and a five-year driving ban for Emre A., a 19-year-old driver who killed 32-year-old Bas by running a red light at high speed in Geldrop on September 15 last year. Data showed Emre was traveling at 106 km/h and struck Bas, an expectant father who had learned he would become a parent five days prior, at 101 km/h.
