Prosecution Demands Nearly 16 Years in Prison and Compulsory Treatment for 'Abortion Murder' in Appeal
The Public Prosecution Service has requested a sentence of fifteen years and nine months in prison, along with compulsory treatment, for Dennis van E., who is accused of forcing his partner, Patricia Oliveira dos Santos, into an improvised abortion that resulted in her death and that of their unborn child.
