Shortening Unemployment Benefits Yields 'Limited' Job Gains: Approximately 8,000
The Dutch government plans to reduce the maximum duration of unemployment benefits (WW) from two years to one year starting January 1, 2029, aiming to save 1.3 billion euros annually.
