Amsterdam Tap Water Contains More Than Twice the PFAS Level Recommended by RIVM
Drinking water in large parts of Zuid-Holland and Noord-Holland contains higher levels of PFAS than recommended by the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM). In Amsterdam specifically, the concentration exceeds the advisory level by more than double. Despite these elevated readings, officials state there is no need for residents to switch to bottled water.
