Young Child Seriously Injured After Collision on Business Premises
A very young child was seriously injured after being struck by a car on a business premises at Groeneweg in Veen on Tuesday afternoon around 17:00. Emergency services, including a trauma helicopter, responded to the scene, and the child was transported to UMC Utrecht for treatment. Police are investigating how the accident occurred, noting that another young child was recently injured in a similar incident involving a forklift in Andel.
