Agreements on 'Killer Robots' Do Not Go Far Enough
Following a week of negotiations in Geneva under the Dutch presidency, 128 states agreed on draft elements for an instrument regarding autonomous weapons systems. However, Roos Boer, project leader for Autonomous Weapons at PAX, argues that these discussions are insufficient because they do not yet constitute legally binding international agreements.
