Nienke Vinke (22) wins World Championship silver in women's time trial and secures first medal for Netherlands
Dutch cyclist Nienke Vinke, 22, won silver in the U23 time trial at the World Championships in Montreal. Although Vinke held the best time for much of the race, Australian Felicity Wilson-Haffenden finished nearly half a minute faster over the 20-kilometer course, securing gold and leaving Vinke with the second-place finish.
