Supervisory Board Nominates Koenen as Director of Cycling Federation
The supervisory board of the Royal Dutch Cycling Union (KNWU) will nominate Dorkas Koenen as the new managing director during the member council meeting on October 28. Koenen succeeds Maurice Leeser, who resigned in June, following a temporary tenure by Andreas Roodbeen. KNWU board chairman Wouter Bos highlighted Koenen’s extensive commercial experience and expertise in sports-business partnerships as key qualifications for the role.
