Eyewitnesses Describe Shooting on Full Terrace in Amsterdam: 'It All Happened So Fast'
A man was shot dead on a crowded terrace at NDSM-werf in Amsterdam-Noord shortly after 15:00 on Friday following an argument over a loose dog. The suspect threw his weapon into the IJ river and surrendered to police, who are investigating whether the victim, a prison worker, knew the suspect, who had previously been incarcerated there.
