Frits van Eerd Seeks to Clear His Name: 'Dossier Incomplete and Evidence Flawed'
Former Jumbo executive Frits van Eerd launched his appeal against a two-year prison sentence for bribery and money laundering, with his lawyers in Zwolle on Tuesday arguing that the initial verdict was defective due to an incomplete dossier and insufficient evidence.
