New Tracks Earn Taylor Swift Two Spotify Records
Taylor Swift broke two Spotify records on Friday with the release of new songs from her album The life of a showgirl: The encore. Streaming platform Spotify announced that no other female artist was streamed as much in a single day in 2026 as Swift, while her lead single Patient Zero became the most-streamed track by a female artist in a 24-hour period that year. The 36-year-old singer revealed that the four new tracks were written in Sweden with producers Max Martin and Shellback.
