Lowie is fed up with speeding drivers and builds his own speed camera
After reporting incidents including dead cats and damaged vehicles caused by excessive speeds on the N257 road in Heense Molen, resident Lowie constructed a realistic-looking speed camera for his garden. Frustrated by drivers ignoring the required reduction from 80 to 50 km/h, he placed the device on his private property to ensure it remains undisturbed by authorities.
