Three-time Olympic shorttrack champion Jens van ’t Wout has adopted a more serious approach in the post-Olympic season following his success at the Milan Games. He has hired Haralds Silovs as his new coach instead of national coach Niels Kerstholt to seek new stimuli. Van ’t Wout is also focusing on physical strength, increasing his weight from 67 to 74 kilos through healthier eating, and remains highly motivated to continue racing.
