Actress Hayden Panettiere Died from Combination of Drugs and Medication
American actress Hayden Panettiere died at age 36 on August 16 due to the combined effects of fentanyl and other medications, according to a Greenville County, South Carolina coroner. The death was ruled an accident. First responders attempted resuscitation but she was pronounced dead at the scene.
