Hockey Icon Hertzberger Debuts as Rotterdam Coach, With a Tribune Named in His Honor
Jeroen Hertzberger makes his debut as head coach of the men's hockey team at club champion Rotterdam in an away match against Bloemendaal. The 40-year-old former player, who scored 382 goals in over 500 matches for the club, succeeds Erik van Driel. Although he previously served as assistant coach for France, this is his first role as a head coach. The board selected him due to his top-level experience and deep familiarity with the team.
