Nearly One Million Euros Raised for Catharina Hospital Cancer Research
Climbing Against Cancer raised 926,751 euros for cancer research at the Catharina Hospital in Eindhoven. Over 500 participants climbed the Col de la Madeleine in the French Alps from September 16 to 19. Oncological surgeon Johanne Bloemen called the result impressive, noting that the first edition exceeded expectations. The funds will support innovative research aimed at improving diagnostics, treatments, and survival chances for patients.
