Watch Cut Off Victim's Wrist in Robbery
Two robbers stole a Patek Philippe watch by cutting it off the victim's wrist in Zeist on Saturday, June 6. The incident occurred near restaurant Heeren van Zeist on Slotlaan when one suspect asked for directions and then attacked the victim as he approached his car. A second suspect joined the struggle, resulting in the theft of the luxury timepiece with a blue rubber strap and rose gold case. The victim sustained a four-centimeter cut wound but did not see a weapon used.
