U2 to Release New Album in November After Nine-Year Hiatus
Irish band U2 will release their sixteenth studio album, titled Carnaval de Luz, on November 13, marking their first full-length album in nine years. The twelve-track record features the single Silencio, Street Of Dreams, and Torn, a duet with the late Dolly Parton. The band also collaborated with Dutch DJ Martin Garrix on the track Glorify. This announcement coincides with the 50th anniversary of the band's formation, which began in September 1976 when Larry Mullen Jr. posted a note seeking musicians in Dublin.
