Roel Reiné to Direct American Sci-Fi Thriller
Dutch director Roel Reiné has been hired to direct the American sci-fi thriller Lunar Colony, as reported by Deadline. Set in 2060 on a permanent human settlement on the moon known as Terra 2.0, the film explores tensions between Earth and the colony over resource dependency. Reiné, who resides in the US and previously directed Halo episodes, is preparing for filming scheduled in 2027 while casting for the main roles continues.
