Train Hits Car at Level Crossing in Udenhout, Two People Injured
Two people were injured when a train struck a car at the Kreitenmolenstraat level crossing in Udenhout around 4:30 PM on Friday. The driver entered the crossing as the barriers lowered, and despite warnings from bystanders, she could not reverse in time before being hit by a train moving at approximately 130 kilometers per hour. One bystander was lightly injured by a flying hood, while the driver required medical attention.
