Delft police visited TikTok user Blermannetje, whose videos of startling pedestrians from a scooter have garnered tens of thousands of views. Although the police stated the stunts could be illegal and dangerous, claiming the creator agreed to stop, Blermannetje denied this in a subsequent video.
