Tree Trimmer in Vught Jumps from Lift After Asian Hornet Attack
A man trimming trees for the municipality of Vught was severely injured after jumping from a cherry picker to escape an attack by Asian hornets. The incident occurred early in the afternoon on Sint-Elisabethstraat when he encountered a nest at approximately 12 meters height. He was stung and transported to Tilburg hospital, where bystanders provided first aid before emergency services arrived.
