Russia plans to mobilise 600,000 troops this year and next, Ukraine says
Ukrainian intelligence said Moscow has already decided to call up 300,000 this year and 300,000 in 2027, driven by massive losses and a collapse in voluntary recruitment. Kyiv expects the announcement to come after September's elections.
