European natural gas price tops €70 for first time since January 2023
The benchmark Dutch TTF natural gas price rose above €70 per megawatt-hour on Monday, reaching its highest level since January 2023, as renewed fighting between the US and Iran pushed oil prices higher and raised concerns about further delays to LNG exports from the Persian Gulf.
